| There
is a NO RETURN - NO REFUND policy for all custom products,
including but not limited to, Swing Arms, Frames, Motorcycle
Kits, Complete Motorcycles, Paint, Parts, Rolling Chassis
etc. Every item offered for sale by Diablo Performance
and or it's dealers shall be considered custom. By
making your payment in part or full you agree to this
policy. Construction and completion time of projects
is variable and subject to delays, should your build
be absolutely time sensitive, you must request a written
time contract at the time of purchase and or down payment.
When using a credit card to purchase in part or whole,
you agree that you may for no reason initiate a charge
back. Your project is begun upon your complete or partial
payment as agreed, ergo you are paying for an immediate
service which is NOT subject delivery.
**Warranty**
All
Diablo Performance products are designed for racing use
only! They
are not to be used on any street or highway.
No warranty is expressed or implied on any of the
products we sell or manufacture.
Any and all liabilities are assumed by the
purchaser and/or user.
Diablo
Performance will not be responsible for any damages
incurred to person or property where a Diablo
Performance product or service has been utilized.
If you experience a problem or breakage with a
Diablo Performance manufactured product.
You may send
it
to us for inspection.
A repair may be possible.
(Chrome products may not be returned for any
reason)
